We’re thrilled to offer a rare opportunity to offer garments directly from the official Pierre Cardin archives. Each piece was personally selected by us and is being released to the public for the very first time. Every garment features a “PIERRE CARDIN HERITAGE” cloth label, hand-stitched inside, signifying its authenticity and origin from the historic archives and its place in fashion history.

*Cardin's ready-to-wear presentations could be  considered couture or demi-couture since the garments never went into production for stores.  These pieces were made custom for clients or sometimes the runway garments were sold in the boutique and sometimes featured the boutique label.

This is possibly the garment from the runway show. Many of these pieces still bear model names or line-up numbers on the inside.

Description: Blue denim cropped trousers from the Pierre Cardin menswear collection, distinguished by contrasting yellow topstitching that emphasizes the garment’s architectural construction. Styled with a traditional waistband, belt loops, curved front pockets, and a button-front closure, the design reinterprets classic workwear and denim references through Cardin’s modernist lens. The wide-leg silhouette is cut below the knee with sharply angled asymmetrical hems that create a dynamic geometric profile, reflecting the designer’s longstanding fascination with sculptural form and innovative proportion. The clean lines and graphic contrast between the blue twill and golden stitching underscore the futuristic sensibility that remained central to Cardin’s work throughout the late 1990s.

Condition: Gently worn with no obvious damage.
